New Body Fat Calculator

The University of Southern California School of Medicine has devised a new formula to calculate the body fat percentage. Meet the BAI. The body adiposity index is calculated by measuring the distance around your hips and buttocks at the level were your rear end sticks out the farthest. Here is the equation.

BAI = [hip/ (height x square root of height)] -18.
