Office Policies

Please take a moment to review our Office Policies. Our first priority is to provide a quality experience for our patients while maintaining affordable and competitive rates. We hope that their presence will serve to communicate our practice philosophy and minimize any uncertainty or confusion. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. 

Payment Policy                                                

Our policy is to collect payment at the time services are rendered. We realize this is not always an option for our clients. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Insurance billing is not available. There will be a $50 service charge for returned checks.

 

Return Policy                                                    

BodySculptMD will not accept or authorize a return for a refund or a replacement for a customer who has simply had a change of mind. There is no exception to this statement. All return / refund / replacement requests must be directed to the Office Manager for processing. The Office Manager will then assess the returned good before a return will be accepted and authorized, and a refund or replacement issued. If your product return is accepted and authorized by the Office Manager, a refund or replacement will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product(s). Proof of payment, including transaction date, must be accompanied with returned product(s).

 

No-Show/Late-Cancellation Policy            

Consultation time slots are precious and very much in demand. In an effort to serve you better, we ask for proper notice for any cancellation. All appointments must be canceled by 3 p.m. of the previous day (or by 3 p.m. on Friday for a Monday appointment), to avoid charges for a no-show or late-cancellation. Patients failing to provide notice will be charged a $25 no-show/late-cancellation fee and possible forfeiture of treatment. If we have made an error in scheduling you or you believe you deserve special consideration for a "no-show" or "late-cancellation" fee, please contact the Office Manager. Your request will be reviewed and a decision will be mailed to you.

 

Appointment Arrival Time                               

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that your appointment can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service and so that the following patient is not inconvenienced. New patients should arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out our intake forms.                           

                               

Late Policy                                                                                              

We make every effort to be on time for all our appointments. Unfortunately, when even one patient arrives late, it can throw off the entire schedule for that day. In addition, rushing or "squeezing in" an appointment shortchanges the patient and contributes to decreased quality of service (and increases errors). In light of this, patients arriving more than 7 minutes after their appointment time will be asked to reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

 

Referrals Rewards                                                 

We now offer a $200 maximum referral credit per calendar year. A $50 referral credit is given once referred patient has made a purchase at full price. Referrals discounts cannot be combined with any other offer and apply only to your next purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Referral Rewards program at any time.

 

Children                                                                         

For the safety of your child(ren), we cannot allow children in the treatment rooms. Neither our staff nor you, can be responsible for your child(ren) while you receive services. Age appropriate children can sit by themselves in the lobby; however any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.
