Dr. Janice Vaughn has practiced medicine as a board certified anesthesiologist for 28 years. It is through this work that Dr. Vaughn found her passion. After years of seeing patients ravaged by diseases and the helplessness of allopathic medicine to stop or cure these diseases, Dr. Vaughn decided to start a health, wellness and longevity clinic, BodySculptMD in 2007. Dr. Vaughn believes that patients and their doctors should reach for the cure not just the superficial treatment of disease. Most of society’s devastating disease processes can be reversed leading to the goal of health and longevity. From obesity, to heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other age related diseases, cure is possible. Dr. Vaughn is adamant that the cure is only possible if we treat the whole patient, mind, body and spirit. Why not stop diseases processes before they do the damage? Why not strive to reverse the disease processes? Why not cure?
